Period features, spacious, welcome wine and sweets plus bottle of water in the mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. Easy on street parking. Location was perfect for shows at the princess pavilion and only a short walk to the beaches on one side and the town centre on the other. Breakfast is preordered the night before.

Stunning garden, location, great view from our top floor room with a little balcony, fresh cooked breakfast, lovely kind, smiling staff, extras in the room like fresh milk, mini wine, biscuits etc, very clean linen and towels, easy parking.

Lovely little place, great location, staff were friendly, nice little touches in the room - hairdryer, towels, small bottle of wine and sweets. Great that you had a time slot for breakfast, and could choose what you wanted. Does the job if you want to sleep somewhere. Beds were comfy. The view was nice from the room.

Location was excellent, lovely building, nice staff, great breakfast. Lovely homely touches in the room. We had a balcony room at the front, which we definitely would have used much more if we’d stayed in warmer months.

I was allocated a gorgeous, well-equippped, comfy and spacious room, with two beds - one double -- with a sea-view and a balcony, though had booked a single room. The towels were super clean and the towel rail heated. Wifi was excellent and the bed super-comfortable. The whole house felt warm and cared for and it is only a couple of minutes from the beach. Staff are professional and yet friendly. Breakfast coffee was 'real' , toast was warm and service came with a smile.
